Classes at the Paperlane - Kanzashi Flower Brooch and Origami

Hi everyone,

Two new and exciting dates for your diary!

Katie Chaplin from Japan Crafts ( as seen on "Create and Craft") will be doing two new exciting classes for us!

May 26th (Thursday evening) from 6.30 to 8.30pm .You will learn how to make a "Kanzashi" brooch. Kanzashi are intricate Japanese hair ornaments that take the form of flowers. They can be used for brooches, hair clips or to decorate bags! How about selling them at your local craft fair or giving them as a special present?

25th June (Saturday) 1 to 4pm. Katie will be teaching an origami workshop (boxes, decorative elements,  flowers etc) and a Kimono dressing demonstration. (how do they get into those?!)

For both dates the cost is £14.00 and all materials are supplied and included in the price.

Remember, all our classes are listed on the Classes Page of the Paperlane blog. Booking is essential. Tea and coffee available by introvenus drip if required!

Come on ladies, be brave, lets go Japanese!!!!
